Finding Your Favourite Eatingspot
Red or White?
 Red or White?
This question would not normally be asked by someone who already knows what type of meal you will be eating.  The saying goes that white wine should compliment white meat such as chicken or fish and that red wine should compliment red meat such as beef or lamb.  This is not entirely true depending on the acidity of the wine and whether you are eating something that reacts unpleasantly with it.  We think this is where restaurants fail and we are here to set it straight.

You may find it useful to know what type of meal goes with what type of wine whilst browsing through the menu in your selected restaurant.
