"We" means us or any representative directly related to eatingspot.com by strict permission of eatingspot.com.

"Service" means the Service, known as "Eatingspot.com Restaurant Information Guide and Finder", offered by us to customers to enable the public to find out specific information about a restaurant via a computer connected to our server via the Internet.

(a) Personal details such as your name, home address and/or personal email address that could be entered by a member of the public via our 'Contact Us' page is stored securely on our mailbox away from our web pages.  This information will never be made available to any third party source and will be treated confidentially by eatingspot.com.

(b) There is no need to correct personal information unless we specifically request it from an individual.

(c) This information will be used from time to time to allow us to correspond to you concerning your membership, such as content updates to our website, account information, service renewal, etc.

(d) You are not obliged to enter your personal details such as your name, email address, phone number, etc., however any information you provide to us that may require us to contact you will be ignored.

(e) If you do not provide us with your personal details as described in 2(c) above and are not required to be contacted then any information we receive will be dealt with accordingly and also with priority.

(f) We do not have any 'cookies' set to store relevant information on our public 'Contact Us' page.
(e) We reserve the right to change part 1(a) above, at any time, if we feel it has been abused and will post any changes to it to everyone as soon as they go into effect.
